Using the Hypnobabies Home Study Course
The Hypnobabies Home Study Course will only be used by the person named on the hire form and use the course as per the instructions. The Hirer will have discussed and sought approval from their medical practitioner or midwife before using the Hypnobabies Home Study Course. The success of the Hypnobabies Home Study Course for pain relief cannot be guaranteed for everyone.
Refundable Bond & Returning the Hypnobabies Home Study Course
A fully refundable bond of $50 is payable to secure the booking. The bond is returned to the customer within 10 working days once the Hypnobabies Home Study Course is returned in good working order. Failure to return the Hypnobabies Home Study Course by the due date will result in the Hirer being charged $25 for each week or any part of a week over and above the hire period until the Hypnobabies Home Study Course is returned. If the package is not returned for any reason the Hirer will be charged for that package ($210). If the package is returned incomplete, the Hirer will be charged accordingly for the missing item/s. The Hypnobabies Home Study Course unit must be returned in the postage bag provided. The bubble wrapping provided must be used to protect the unit. In the event of damage to, or loss of the Hypnobabies Home Study Course by the Hirer, the full retail value ($210) is payable to The Doula Advantage by the Hirer.
In the Event of Equipment Failure
The Hypnobabies Home Study Course is fully tested immediately prior to dispatch. However, the liability of The Doula Advantage shall not exceed the rental charge. The Hirer should check the contents of the hire pack upon receipt and familiarise herself with the Hypnobabies Home Study Course and the instructions. The Hirer must advise The Doula Advantage of any problems whatsoever immediately. The Doula Advantage accepts no responsibility where the Hirer fails to do so and renders it impossible for The Doula Advantage to take any corrective action. In providing The Doula Advantage with personal contact details and payment, the Hirer agrees to the above terms and conditions. The Doula Advantage is not accountable for any injury or damage sustained as a result of misuse.
Refunds
In the event of a hire cancellation PRIOR to the Hypnobabies Home Study Course being dispatched you will be refunded the full amount minus an administration fee of $15. In the event of a hire cancellation AFTER the Hypnobabies Home Study Course has been dispatched NO REFUND can be made. No refund is given if the products are unused, unclaimed, or otherwise. The Hypnobabies Home Study Course hire period is for a full 8 weeks. Should you return your Hypnobabies Home Study Course machine early we are not able to offer part refunds of the $50 hire fee.
